Joseph first reached out to me merely weeks before the proposal. Actively serving in the military, he was stationed outside of Florida in another state while Destiny was located here in Orlando. When he came to visit her, he knew he wanted to propose so that is when he contacted me
When deciding where the proposal would take place, Joseph and I selected Bok Tower Gardens as he wanted a garden-like setting with some privacy and few people observing the proposal. Once the day arrived, I was sitting on a bench with my gear hidden in the grass nearby, pretending as if I was just another tourist learning about Bok Tower Gardens' plant life. Not long after, it started sprinkling and I became nervous since Destiny+Joseph would arrive any minute now.
After they did arrive, I noticed that Joseph was leading Destiny in a different direction. He then snuck in a 'thumbs-up' behind his back while they were walking away, giving me some peace of mind. Shortly after, he realized that they missed a spot so he turned around and came back. Destiny+Joseph were only a few feet away from me when he got down on one knee and proposed. Joseph was very nervous but his mission was complete once Destiny smiled and said yes to the big question.
During the remainder of our visit at Bok Tower Gardens, the three of us enjoyed the vibrant scenery but I enjoyed capturing their love even more. Destiny+Joseph were so filled with love for one another that photographing them was more than a breeze. Being part of such an important milestone in Destiny+Joseph's lives was an honor for our team here at Lazzat Photography and we wish them endless love and good wishes on their journey towards marriage.
